Order Processing Time

All orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays) after payment confirmation.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Estimated Delivery: 3–6 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

4–8 business days total

(1–2 business days processing + 3–6 business days shipping)

Domestic Shipping Only

Currently, we ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information typically updates within 24–48 hours after shipment.

Split Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages to ensure safe and faster delivery.
If this happens, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers must provide a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned due to address errors, additional re-shipping fees may apply.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

If a package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact our support team and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
