At LT PRINTS LLC, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a clear and straightforward return process in accordance with U.S. consumer protection standards.


Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included

  • The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.


Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2–3 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds cover the purchase price of the returned item. Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn or washed garments

  • Items with removed tags

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Final sale or clearance items (if marked as such)
